As the President and Founder of The Neustadt Group LLC (TNG), I want to share with you the background of my company.

The Neustadt Group LLC (TNG) was formed in July, 2005. After passing both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Examinations, I worked for almost nine years as an agent in the Basketball Division at Octagon, a global sports marketing and management firm. By the spring of 2005, I had negotiated many contracts in the NBA, Europe, and various off-court endorsements for Octagon clients. At that time, I felt I was ready to form my own company, building a team who could assist me with my basketball clients.

I instilled three principles from the outset: we will be a basketball representation firm only; we will represent a small exclusive group of players; and we will provide a better level of service than large sports management companies.

I then built my team throughout the 2005-06 season to help me achieve the goals I established. That team is still with me today and The Neustadt Group is thriving.
